A 0001 - Yes, by having one of the three mentioned criterias below. Case A, B and C.
Case A., Foreigners in Malaysia can join as a B.A. through their registered Sendirian Berhad. (Sdn.Bhd.) Please seek advise from company secretarial services for more details of forming a Sdn. Bhd.
Case B., Foreign worker with a Malaysian spouse. They can join by using their spouse's name.
Case C., If they are Thai or Cambodian, they can be your Business Associates (B.A.) by signing up in their own country after you have a B.A. code in Malaysia first.
Q 0002 - "Can we recruit Mr.John, a foreigners with local work permit here in Malaysia?"
A 0002 - Yes, by having one of the three mentioned criterias above. Case A, B and C.
Why? I believe our Malaysian Govt/IRS does not allowJohn's work permit contract to work for company "A", to be used for another income from company "B".

A 0005 - If it’s e-shop that you are enquiring, we will know everything by June/July 2011 when Unilever Aviance new Web-based software is up and running.
We had seen some templates of this new 10 plus million ringgit software from US. All Business Associates will have an option to own their E-Shop complete with all buying-selling-sponsoring features within the Aviance territory.
Q 0006 - How much is QP (Qualifying Point)?
A 0006 - To accumulate One QP, a distributor needs to purchase approximately RM6.00 or approx Thai Bahts 60.00
