Sawadeeka everyone. Sawadeeka. So happy to celebrate 10th anniversary of aviance. So happy to see you and those of you that I haven’t seen in a while or quite some time. It’s time we get together again. This is an opportunity to welcome honorable guests who are joining functions by aviance for the first time. So if you are here for the first time, please kindly stand so we can welcome you. Please clap for our first time honorable guests!Thank you for your time with us today.

I believe this Sunday afternoon will be a special day for our honorable guests. During this event we will talk about core elements. If you permit and listen whole heartedly, your life may turn around. 10 years ago, aviance was on a piece of paper. At that time, I joined in because Unilever has plans to go into direct selling. After 10 months, I decided to take up Unilever’s job offer. It isn’t to succeed so easily. It’s like we have to trust and be confident in the company. In the end, after taking up the offer, aviance went from being on a piece of paper to being a real quality business.

I believe many of you are happy today and also there are many of you who were with since then are happy too. The aviance business started like that and we started from a vision of Lord William Lever, the founder of Unilever over 100 years ago in England. Most of us are familiar with ‘Sunlight’; Unilever began at Port Sunlight city. Then there was the ‘Sunlight’ soap that has become the popular ‘Sunlight’ dishwashing liquid today. It seemed like a company that began with selling products. But if seen deeper, it is a company that knows its mission on this globe. It exists for the good of the people on earth.

The founder said that to have anyone be interested in the business, we must first be pay attention in the people. To get interest, we show interest first is a philosophy of Unilever that expanded the company. It is also the philosophy of aviance when it first began. What does this mean? It means when I decided to do aviance business I have to think of others first, think of every heart that comes to aviance.

We are so lucky that the founder has such good consideration over 100 years ago and we are lucky to know Unilever and aviance that appeal to good people. Therefore we will begin our business this way, make our direct selling the best in the world! Doing our best will result in our growth. Be confident that our business that started off so well, will continue to do so!

In daily decisions and tasks, I don’t worry if the shareholders will complain. I don’t worry that the boss overseas has no money, no investment,
I don’t worry about any of these because he said only one thing: “Invest Smartly”. He only wanted us to invest for growth. So this is the basis of aviance. I will add that this business gives the opportunity. One hand is getting and one hand is receiving. We will succeed when we give, which is a really unique business.

In some businesses, we have to compete to gain. In this business, it only Gives. We give our prospects and give to our downline; and we will succeed before the company celebrates success.This is a confident and good business, it will truly benefit our children and grandchildren unlike other companies that are not flexible.

There is no direct selling company worldwide proclaiming like Unilever. We have been here over 100 years and been in direct selling longer than other companies. We’ve been here over 100 years, another 100 years and possibly 1,000 years. So, let us walk this path together and move forward, just as we have discussed and grown together in the past.

Today we have many to thank and do permit me to name them in groups as we clap for them in appreciation. The first group are members from the years 2000-2003, please stand Please clap for this small group, thank you. Seems only 30-40 people but this hall accommodates 3000 people. The 30-40 who believe, as we began very small we didn’t use the same setting as today. We opened in a small room and started our first aviance shop at Silom complex, (Bangkok). This shop had only 26 products unlike over 200 today and as these small group believed, we are able to reach over 380,000 members. Thank you for your belief in aviance.

The next  group are members from the years 2003-2007, please stand. Please clap for them. Thank you for your confidence in us and enabling your families have better quality lives. The 1st group believed, the 2nd group was confident and helped us to improve aviance. After the 2nd group are members from then to current, please stand and clap for them. Why clap for them? Because they strengthened us, they strengthened aviance. We grew the most in the last 3 years, please clap for their full support in strong growth.

Thank you very much for yet another group. The company loves to work with partners who give us their fullest support. We have an advisory board represented by our selected distributors. Whatever we do we discuss together and brainstorm for the best options or benefits.
Therefore, we are truly working as partners. I would like every advisory board member to stand please. Thank you very much for your recommendations, suggestions and time given to aviance. Thank you very much for these 10 years.

The M.C. had mentioned about a Cambodian group present, a group that just joined in to strengthen aviance. They asked to thank the Thai people for caring for them. Please stand, SBA and TPA from Cambodia, thank you for helping aviance grow too.

Today I believe there are many here who also came to listen about our plans to go global. We have already gone to Cambodia, if you will go forward with us, please stand and clap together. Because we are the first group to go global, please clap and welcome. Finally, the growth in the last 10 years, I ask all the staff of aviance to stand and enjoy this celebration and wish them more happiness.

The high quality of aviance brand of products have resulted in great success for aviance. Allow me to talk about going to global markets.
Some of direct selling businesses in Thailand have gone overseas. But there is no international company that does direct selling with its Head Office in Thailand; aviance is the FIRST to do so. Therefore, aviance will become stronger internationally as we go into the Asian markets. This time, no one can find this opportunity for us. It is a good and great opportunity for the members who work together with us, especially as we are going to overseas markets.

Please prepare to thank an important person who is behind the scenes and may not be on stage. He is the one who overseas our efforts to enter and grow in the Asian markets in future. Let me introduce the Vice-President of Finance for Thailand and has helped me so much in planning and preparing for international markets. Please clap your hands for Mr. Heinz Swinker. He helping me is like he helping you because all that we do, we do them for you.

Talking about birthdays, there is a ‘present’. Some of us here have a similar birthday and there are 3000 of us here. So we will have some representatives. Our staff had represented us to donate 20 tonnes of rice to the Royal Project, efforts from our “Slym- Turn Fat to Food”. That was a valuable ‘present’. You will begin to understand aviance more.

We had been supporting the rural police school very consistently. If we all continue our efforts, our country will become better in many ways.
Not all of us were present to help but some have seen it on TV. These are some efforts we can all give as a “present”.Helping the underprivileged is a consistent responsibility of aviance.

Talking again on ‘presents’, there is another one close to us. What present shall we give to our aviance members?
We think it is insufficient for our program to celebrate for one month, but to continue for 3 months, October, November and December.
For SBA members, whatever your income is, add on 15% more as a present from aviance 10th anniversary. For the 2nd month, whatever your income is, it is no longer 10 but 20% more! For the final month of December, I wish to share a present from my heart.

We each have a different birthday but in aviance we all have one similar birthday. The actual birthday of aviance is in September ten years ago.
But today is chosen to celebrate on the 10th of the 10th month in 2010 as our 10th anniversary, not the birth of the company.But our birth together as aviance, so Happy Birthday to each of you.
